Chris Cook

System of Care Coach

Chris Cook has been a System of Care Coach with Choices Technical Assistance Center. since 2002. He previously served as a child protection case manager for more than eight years and acted as a coach for other child protection workers. During that time, he was part of the development of the Marion County system of care and served on numerous child and family teams. Chris’ love of coaching, and his strong belief in the wraparound process led him to Choices TA Center. Chris serves as a coach for over 20 system of care sites in Indiana, and consults in other states as well.
