Peer-to-Peer Mentoring

This program takes the dynamics of the support group and individualizes the support to form a peer-to-peer relationship. We are an outlet for parents who want to be heard by a non-judgmental source. We can also assist in case management services through mentoring, parent liaisons and overall support to help the family succeed.
