In late 2002, Hamilton Choices was created to administer a system of care in Cincinnati, Ohio, under contract with the Multi County Systems Agency (MCSA). Hamilton Choices, a nonprofit organization, coordinates support for youth involved in multiple systems and their families. Our role in the community is to combine care management principles with innovative, non-traditional supports that serve the unique needs of each youth. In the fall of 2010, Hamilton Choices officially became Ohio Choices, in recognition of the goal of serving youth across the state.
Ohio Choices currently serves more than 400 youth and their families, providing them a one-stop shop for supports they may otherwise not be able to access. This approach allows families to decide what supports they need to help keep youth at home, in school, and out of trouble.
