Respect Center Mentor

The Respect Center Mentor is responsible for providing school-wide behavior support and consultation to a universal population of middle school youth who demonstrate mildly challenging behaviors and intermittent disengagement. Individual and group services are provided to youth and their families at the universal level of prevention according to organizational core values of relationship-driven, individualized, strengths-based, family-centered, culturally responsive, and collaborative care. The Respect Center Mentor helps youth benefit from their education by delivering brief skill building, asset development, goal setting and processing, problem solving, behavior stabilization, conflict resolution, and coaching while ensuring that accurate data and records are maintained and supervising effectively to ensure quality care.
