Director / Clinical Administrator
Washington, DCDC Choices LLC is the newest care management entity developed by Choices. The DC Choices director will oversee the day-to-day operations of two programs: DC Choices' wraparound initiative and the Full Service Schools pilot project in eight DC public middle schools. The director will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer to assist in developing a well-integrated system of care that provides individualized, family centered, strength based services to youth and their families. Choices is seeking candidates with significant leadership experience who can promote successful team building, consensus building and conflict resolution. Additional responsibilities include:
- Oversee and support the clinical work of DC Choices and building high-quality care.
- Ensure collection of all necessary program data and produce frequent reports to funders.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with private and public providers, funding bodies, families and consumer advocacy groups.
