Shannon Van Deman, MBA - Chief Financial Officer

The resident number cruncher – Shannon can give you the square root of almost any number. She also knows just enough about psychology to convince you that you care! As CFO, Shannon has been promoted within Choices three times in six years. She brings extensive experience developing information management systems, analyzing data, and presenting results. Shannon is a presenter at many local, state, and national conferences on information and financial management within systems of care and has been nationally published. She was instrumental in bringing the tiered case rate system to Marion County, Indiana and co-led a process to build an organizational dashboard. A graduate of Iowa State University and Ball State University, Shannon holds degrees in psychology, business and operations management. Before coming to Choices she left a PhD program in cognitive psychology at Notre Dame University, much to her father’s dismay.
