Choices Awarded for Outcomes

Choices, Inc. received the Outcomes Champion at the Agency Level award, presented by John Lyons, Ph. D. on behalf of the Praed Foundation at the 4th Annual CANS Conference. We have been recognized for adopting the CANS as our primary clinical tool, using it as part of a larger Total Clinical Outcomes Management framework and fully integrating the tool into our practice in Indiana, Ohio and Maryland. The way in which Choices has embedded the CANS into its clinical management system was a key reason for receiving this award because of the role that TCM plays in helping us use the CANS for service planning, supervision and program evaluation.
