Choices Community Provider Networks
At Choices, we believe reinvesting in the communities we serve is paramount to advancing systems of care. We are able to coordinate a broad spectrum of efficient and effective services for the youth and families we serve by partnering with hundreds of providers in our surrounding communities. This partnership doesn’t just allow us to offer families a wide range of services, it also allows us to reinvest funding dollars directly into community based workers and businesses.
Choices openly invites providers of emotional, behavioral and mental health services to join our growing provider network. Providers are supported with a wide range of technical and business tools to help them effectively partner with Choices programs.
Choices gives families the freedom to drive their own care, and utilizing a vast provider network allows us to offer services and supports that are best in tune with their own specific needs and strengths. Because we don’t directly provide services, families are assured access to what they need in an unbiased environment.
