Brent Matthews

Chief Operating Officer

Brent Matthews is the chief operating officer of Choices, Inc. He is the first director of the Dawn Project and brings his experience from the Partners Project in Portland, Oregon, one of the original national system of care development sites funded by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Mental Health Services Program for Youth. Brent has spent more than 25 years in child, youth, adult and family work. He focuses his work and training upon how wraparound values promote continuous professional development and culturally competent approaches for personal change. Brent is a presenter at many local, state and national conferences on strength-based practices in systems of care and has been nationally published.
